2026 Oscar Nominations: Full List of Nominees

The nominations for the 98th Academy Awards were announced Thursday morning, setting the stage for one of the most competitive Oscar races in years. Leading the films is Sinners, which made history with a record-breaking 16 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director for Ryan Coogler, and Best Actor for Michael B. Jordan. Close behind is One Battle After Another, which earned 13 nominations across major categories, including Best Picture, Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson, and Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio.

This year’s acting races are especially crowded. Timothée Chalamet landed a Best Actor nomination for Marty Supreme, putting him in position to become one of the youngest winners in the category’s history. Meanwhile, Sentimental Value emerged as a strong ensemble contender, with its entire principal cast receiving nominations across the acting categories.
