JetBlue Introduces Kid-Free Flights With Adults-Only Cruises
Ever wished you could board a plane knowing there won’t be a crying baby or an energetic toddler kicking the back of your seat? Well, JetBlue has some news you might appreciate.
The airline is teaming up with Virgin Voyages to offer something people have debated for years: flights reserved exclusively for adults. But, before you start searching for JetBlue kid-free flights to your favorite vacation destination, there's a catch. For now, the experience is only available as part of a special cruise package.
What Are JetBlue's New Adults-Only Flights?
Last month, JetBlue Vacations and Virgin Voyages announced a new partnership called "Do Not Disturb." The idea is simple: instead of waiting until you reach an adults-only resort or cruise ship to enjoy a child-free getaway, your vacation will start the moment you board the plane. JetBlue adults-only flights will carry people 18 and older between JFK and Fort Lauderdale.
Unlike a designated adults-only section on a regular flight, the entire aircraft will be reserved for adult travelers. They’ll be special charter flights, not a new option available in JetBlue's regular flight network.
Where Does the Vacation Take You?
The JetBlue Virgin Voyages partnership includes round-trip airfare and a four-night Caribbean cruise aboard Virgin Voyages' Brilliant Lady. The trip will run from March 4, 2027 through March 8, 2027.
Passengers will fly from New York to Fort Lauderdale before being transported to PortMiami, where they'll board the ship. The itinerary includes stops in:
Key West, Florida
Virgin Voyages' Beach Club at Bimini
Because Virgin Voyages is already for people 18 and older, the entire trip will be child-free.
What's Included in the Do Not Disturb Vacation Package?
The package includes more than transportation and accommodations. Folks will receive several special perks, including:
Round-Trip Flights: Adults-only JetBlue flights between New York and Fort Lauderdale
Four-Night Cruise: Accommodations aboard Brilliant Lady, including a Sea Terrace cabin
Airport Transfers: Private round-trip transportation between Fort Lauderdale and PortMiami, with luggage assistance
Airport Lounge Access: Entry to JetBlue's BlueHouse lounge at JFK for a limited number of guests on a first-come, first-served basis
Complimentary Drink: An alcoholic beverage during the flight
Cruise Extras: Priority boarding, a private welcome party, and a $100 onboard bar credit per cabin
The package also includes taxes, fees, and gratuities.
How Much Does the Adults-Only Vacation Cost?
The complete flight-and-cruise package costs $2,750 for two people, or $1,375 per person when traveling as a pair. But, availability is extremely limited. According to JetBlue Vacations, only 60 cabins are available for this special sailing.
Bookings opened October 21, 2026, and the advertised booking window will run while supplies last. If you’d like, you can call JetBlue Vacations at 844-593-7581 for booking information.
Could More Kid-Free Flights Be Coming?
For now, this adults-only cruise package is a one-time offering. That means JetBlue isn't introducing regularly scheduled child-free flights, and people can't book an adults-only seat on another route.
Still, the companies haven't ruled out expanding the concept. Whether that happens remains to be seen.
A Child-Free Flight With a Caribbean Cruise to Match
If you’ve ever wished for a flight without children on board, JetBlue is offering a chance to experience exactly that. The only requirement is that you'll need to board a beautiful tropical cruise, too.
