Fall beauty is taking some inspiration from the coffee shop. Coffee-colored manicures are surging in popularity. So are marshmallow perfumes and cherry-cola hair.

Those are a few of the trends popping up in Pinterest's first-ever Beauty Trend Report, which looks at what people are searching for right now. And, judging by the results, our fall beauty routines are about to get a whole lot sweeter.

Our Manicures Have Entered the Coffee Shop

Fall manicures are borrowing from the things we normally order with whipped cream. Pinterest calls the trend "Latte Lacquer," and the search numbers suggest plenty of us are ready to try it.

Some of the biggest increases they reported are:

• Caramel Nude Nails: +943%

• Coffee Nail Ideas: +922%

• Raspberry Jelly Nails: +828%

• Iced Latte Nails: +295%

• Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Nails: +123%

There are milky glazes and warm caramel shades in the mix, too.

We Would Also Like to Smell Like Dessert

Our nails aren't the only things heading toward the bakery. Sweet, cozy fragrances are climbing in Pinterest searches, too, with marshmallow perfume up 248% and milky perfume up 134%.

Gourmand fragrance searches have also increased 147%, while interest in coffee perfume is up 51%. There's even growing interest in chocolate and strawberry body mists.

In other words, smelling faintly like dessert is perfectly acceptable this fall.

Even Our Hair Is Ordering From the Fall Menu

The food theme is set to continue at the salon. Mocha balayage searches have climbed 949%, while cherry-cola brunette hair is up 788%.

Other warm shades are gaining traction, too. Searches for soft copper blonde are up 845%, while oxidized copper hair has increased 517%.

Between the coffee nails, marshmallow perfume, and cherry-cola hair, we're about one cinnamon roll away from becoming a café.

Our Shower Shelves Are Getting Crowded 

Not every fall beauty trend sounds edible. Pinterest is also seeing growing interest in turning everyday body care into a more elaborate routine.

Searches are up for:

• Body Wash for Glowing Skin: +206%

• Body Care Routine Aesthetic: +202%

• Dry Brushing Routines: +147%

• Retinol Body Lotion: +144%

Scalp care is getting more attention, too, with people searching for scrubs, treatments, and detox routines. Basically, the skincare routine has escaped the bathroom cabinet and taken over the entire shower.

Fall Beauty Is Having a Lot More Fun

None of this means we need caramel fingernails, a complicated shower routine, and hair the color of our afternoon Coke. But, fall has always given us an excuse to change things up a little.

Maybe this year, that means trying a coffee-colored manicure or finding a perfume that smells like something we'd order after dinner. And, if our beauty routine starts making us hungry, perhaps our Pinterest searches have gone a little bit too far.
